分區(qu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制:提高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)性(xing),在油溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)機控(kong)(kong)(kong)制溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)高精度(du)(du)的情況下,針對(dui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)性(xing)不(bu)高的問(wen)題,工廠采(cai)用熱(re)板分區(qu)單(dan)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制方案(an);如熱(re)板大小為4m X 1.2m,單(dan)塊熱(re)板進行分為1.5米(mi)X 1米(mi)三區(qu)單(dan)獨控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)與(yu)熱(re)量補(bu)償,上(shang)下兩塊熱(re)板采(cai)用4路油路與(yu)4區(qu)進行控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)性(xing)更(geng)有保障(zhang);
油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)加熱(re)機配置有兩(liang)個閉環控制(zhi),其(qi)中出油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)與油(you)路系統作為一(yi)個閉環控制(zhi),保證出油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)能在(zai)可(ke)控范(fan)圍(wei)±1℃以內;設定溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)與模具(ju)或者熱(re)板溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)又形成閉環控制(zhi),控制(zhi)模具(ju)實時(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),更有保障(zhang)。發熱(re)管直接加熱(re) 采用導(dao)熱(re)油(you)對(dui)熱(re)板進行熱(re)循環; 溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)均勻(yun)性更高,維護方便(bian),故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv)低(di);

1.電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)棒優點:直接(jie)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、沒有(you)介質損耗、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)速(su)度快、成(cheng)本(ben)比(bi)較低、直接(jie)插(cha)入熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)板中(zhong),簡單;缺點:受(shou)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)不(bu)均、維(wei)護成(cheng)本(ben)大(da)(需要(yao)經常性更換加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)棒)、拆(chai)卸(xie)復雜、熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)慣(guan)性大(da),大(da)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)板加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)線路多不(bu)安(an)全(quan),發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)由于直接(jie)插(cha)入式安(an)裝(zhuang)在加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)板內,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)暴露在空(kong)氣中(zhong)長(chang)期加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)與冷卻(que),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)內的電(dian)爐絲容易氧化,使用壽命短,維(wei)護成(cheng)本(ben)高,而且存在安(an)全(quan)隱患
2.導熱油(you)電(dian)加(jia)熱裝置優(you)點:使用介(jie)質循(xun)環間接加(jia)熱、加(jia)熱均勻性(xing)(xing)高(gao)(gao)、間接控溫、可以實(shi)現快(kuai)速升降溫、維(wei)護簡單、熱慣性(xing)(xing)小、可控性(xing)(xing)強、可直接加(jia)熱與冷卻精確控制;缺點:設(she)備進(jin)行維(wei)護會造成(cheng)介(jie)質損(sun)耗(hao)、第一(yi)次投(tou)入成(cheng)本更高(gao)(gao);
導熱(re)油(you)電(dian)加熱(re)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)防漏(lou)油(you)措施:油(you)箱采(cai)用液位(wei)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),一(yi)旦系(xi)統出現(xian)漏(lou)油(you),油(you)箱液位(wei)降(jiang)低,設(she)備(bei)停(ting)機報警;管(guan)路采(cai)用壓力(li)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),一(yi)旦系(xi)統出現(xian)漏(lou)油(you),泵浦循(xun)環壓力(li)降(jiang)低,達不到(dao)加熱(re)要求(qiu)壓力(li),系(xi)統禁止加熱(re);加熱(re)管(guan)防干(gan)燒檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),一(yi)旦系(xi)統出現(xian)漏(lou)油(you),加熱(re)管(guan)出現(xian)干(gan)燒溫度(du)大幅(fu)度(du)增加,系(xi)統禁止運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。設(she)備(bei)配(pei)置(zhi)有漏(lou)油(you)、故(gu)障(zhang)、損(sun)壞等報警,一(yi)旦出現(xian)故(gu)障(zhang),系(xi)統判斷自動終止或提升運(yun)行(xing)(xing)并顯示錯誤情(qing)況。
